I just finished my research on this game. Here you go.

Broadband Only.

No International Play.

No Hard Drive support.

The game has no keyboard or headset support.

There are no buddylists.

There are rankings, but they take awhile to update.

After a game, you are sent straight back to the lobby.

The game acts like a match making service. You can not choose your own songs. Everything is randomly chosen. Even your opponent.

Are you kidding me? EVERYTHING is randomly chosen? I'm not interested in this at all now. Sad

Man, we just got played. This isn't an online match-up at all; it's just like playing against the computer. Lack of communication only furthers my claim.

I'll see if there some more concrete details on this, but man...I'm disappointed. What happened? I would've preferred a complete copy of the Xbox version's online features if it meant anything better than this. Neutral

That is a pretty pathetic online setup... The inability to play with friends really does make this pretty worthless.

JimSensei: How were you able to test cross region support?

I know some people who have the game. They said everyone in the ranks are American players, with no proof of cross-region play. And nothing in the book mentions it.
