I was in this antique mall the other day, and one of the vendors had some vintage toys and action figures. As I was browsing his stall, I noticed a random PS1 game in the corner. On closer look, it was a sealed, non-Greatest Hits copy of FFIX. I thought this was a pretty rare find, so I whipped out my cell phone and checked eBay. Sure enough, the games frequently sells for $100+. It turns out a made a pretty good find. Hell, the Greatest Hits version retails for $20. =] | ||||

One of the best finds of the year.
Are you planning to unwrap and play the game? |

I hate to say it, but I would sell it. Then, I'd spend the money on an opened copy in good shape (assuming I wanted one), plus more games.
This way some collector dork gets a sealed copy, and you get a bunch of games out of the deal (essentially for free). But this is because I would rather have (essentially) free games as opposed to liberating a copy of Final Fantasy VII, so your mileage may vary. All in all though, an excellent find. |
