Socom Combined Assault is the most active online game on PS2. You'll see around 1,500 people online at peak times, and at least 500 all the time. Star Wars Battlefront 2 is probably the second most active game online with over 100 people usually. Other than that, you can get inot full games on cod2, and cod3 both with about 30-50 players online at all times. I'm pretty sure Socom 3 has a good amount of layers too enough for full matches, but Combined Assault has more. If you run into any games without good online communities (most of them nowadays), just post in the "Game Organization" forum. You can set up a match at a specific time and if members of this site own that game, then they will try to join. |

yeah but its annoying if you're against the team with a hacker who is killing everybody while floating in the sky. There aren't too too many hackers though. I don't play really often anymore but I'd assume peak times would be on Saturday and Friday night. It doesn't really matter, you'll always find decent matches at any times. |

I wouldn't call these hackers they are probably using a lag switch or interfering with the speed of their connection in some other way. Its definitely not nice and not fair but there are always sad gits like that about  I dont understand anyone who wants to win at a game by not beating the other players fairly, what exactly do you prove to your self? Beats me.
