Sony realizes what game their online gamers crave most. None other than Socom U.S. Navy Seals. As a result the games upcoming sequal will have no shortage in support from Sony. They plan to spend millions of advertising dollers pushing Socom 2 in the following mediums:

+National Broadcast/Cable Advertising Campaign
+National Print Advertising Campaign
+Viral and Online Advertising
+National Retail Support and Viral Promotions

Basically I was gonna list all the materials Socom 2 would be featured in. Such as all the tv networks and magazines but it seemed irrellevant to gaming. Basically, in the pop culture realm you will see Socom 2 all over the place starting in November.

Side note of interest
Also this is what the director of market said about Socom 2:

"Backed by widespread marketing support, SOCOM II: U.S. Navy SEALs, delivers a compelling new gameplay experience to gamers this holiday season," said Ami Blaire.

Isn't this the same thing everyone says? Technically you could remove Socom 2 name and plug in any game. Hey I wonder if these guys are running a corporate version of Madlibs Very Happy
