I was doing some reading, and in a thread posted on the 28th of march, they say this:

So I guess you can host a Private game, it's just like hosting a Private game in Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomarrow.

Actually now I don't think it does. I don't know why people at snowblind forum saying you can make private game. I think he was just saying make a game really fast and invite everyone very quickly lol. So at the moment looks like no password or private game creation Embarassed

However! Atleast you can cap the game to 4,8,12,16 player counts.
