I just was watching the video review of star wars battle front at gamespot.com It states that in order to host a 16 player game, you are required to use the dedicated server run on a PC. If your hosting from a PS2 console, you can only have 4 human players, with 12 bots filling in the rest. | |||

yes i have noticed this also when i hosted a game so my friend could join... this will make the dedicated server software more popular. Clans will have to use the software for wars and such.... but at least there is some way to host a 16 player game. | |||

OK thanks for confirming this, so I can kinda note this on the online games list. I need to sorta do this for jungle storm as well. Since you can up it to 12 players with a code. | |||
