This is what I found out about Dante in Viewtiful Joe from the review in OPM:

No, I mean, There's subtitles, and he's saying stuff, but it comes out backwards.
It sounds like he's talking like "Hrem nyef hernib erneel" and it's really stupid. I mean LITTERALY backwards. I don't know what's going on but it seems like it's part of the game.  |

This just reminded me. I own the GameCube versions of this and VF2, as well as the PS2 versions of each. Is Dante only in the PS2 versions? and is he only in the First? Second? or both? Last edited by lordnikon on Sat Feb 07, 2009 3:26 pm; edited 1 time in total |

I only read about him being in the PS2 version on the first one, but I haven't looked into VF2 yet. I think the PS2 got special features or something since it came out on the Gamecube first. | |||

I've been playing this game quite a bit during winter break and think I am near the end of the game, is the only requirement to unlock dante to beat the game once? | |||
