Make sure you're not running any internet-intensive programs on your computer, like a web browser or AIM.

Hm...Is there any way you could set up ICS again, perhaps? You might just need to start over with a fresh setup and have your PC recognize the connection all over again.

Its the first time ive used it in months and it worked fine but then my comp froze and now when i start it up the comp always stops at a screen asking me to enter my home networking password and username, and it also asks me to do this same thing when i try to dial in to the free isp which its never done before. And what im wondering is if you always have to enter that password and stuff or can you just disable it so you won't have to enter anything to use ICS
