i recently found out that we can 'cheat' the ps2 by making it think that its on broadband but instead by using dial up on the pc as a hub..we can connect the network cable via the network card. doest it affect the speed???i mean am i going to play need for speed underground teleporting cars??? Question

well... yeah it will effect the speed. if youre trying to play a demanding game through dial-up, you will probaly get dropped.

but with NFSU, it might run fine cause its only 2 players.

PS, that is called ICS

Also, ICS = Internet Connection Sharing. Oh, and NFSU is 4-players online, so you'd want to probably limit it to a 2-player game for the lag issues.
