I have a USB keyboard for my PC and I pluged it into my PS2 and loaded up SOCOM II and guess what?............ It frickin worked!!!  . I'm gonna try my USB mouse later. |

Of course it works. USB stands for Universal Serial Bus, Universal being the keyword.
The mouse, however, can only be tested on a mouse compatible game. i.e. Not SOCOM. Though I did find what looked to be a mouse driver of some sort on the SOCOM II disc (reads perfectly fine in my DVD-ROM). |

A USB mouse indeed works, don't know all the games that can use it but FFXI was fully compatible with it | |||
