Basically, what will you be getting PSU for, if you buy it?
PS2 or PC? Personally, I'm going with PS2, I don't like playing games on the PC except maybe some FPSs. And since I have the HDD, maybe ST will use it.(Unless it's confirmed they are and I'm just dumb) I also am limited to so much time on the PC since two other people use it often, with PS2 I'm the only one using it. |

Prolly PS2, since I'm usually using my PC or don't feel like going though the motions required to play a PC game.

I'm still up in the air on this one. If it supports the PS2 HDD, I WILL get it! We need to show support for the HDD! But other than that, I'm leaning towards PC for one main reason: NO slowdown. My PC rocks, that is all. | |||

If i decide to buy the game i will get the PC version. The Hard Drive was not released in Europe and probably like FF XI, PSU will not be released for PS2 here. I'm mainly a console gamer, but the decision of getting the PC version is just because in that case i would't have to spend more money on the HD, KB + BB adaptor.
I Love PSO games, i have it for DC, GC and Xbox. And i was considering of getting Blue Burst if it's released on EU, or import the US version, but from now on i only buy a RPG online game if i know its hacker free, or at least less than it was on the existing games for consoles. satoshi wrote:

PSU shouldn't require the HDD. It's pretty much phased out here in the US. Only reason to track one down is if you want to play FFXI or get some new SOCOM II maps.
Trust me, you Europeans did not miss out on much.

That would make sense then, for it to use the HDD. Hopefully it does. I don't care how much Sony has tried to kill it, I love my HDD, it needs to be supported. |

I think I read somewhere that the HDD was not going to be supported for the PS2, I think it was in EGM. I think the interview was in www.1up.com
I'm not entirely sure but I think that's where I found it..But, anyway I will be getting this one for the PS2 for sure. A new Phantasy Star can't come soon enough... |
