Unfortunately, no luck on my end. I just checked under my DSL connection, and while it makes it to the master server (where it gives the message of the day), it failed to connect to GameSpy. Sad

Well, I just checked GameSpot's THPS3 message board and it seems like this game is indeed offline.

But count your blessings, because we can always tunnel it online!

Cant say about the PS2 version. The XBOX version has lan though, so there is a possability the PS2 version does.

Woah, yeah, I forgot. There's LAN in the PS2 version (right under the "internet" option in the menu). All hope is not lost!

I'm guessing that you need braodband to tunnel THPS 3 online right? Thats a bummer all I have in my area is dial-up.But broadband should be in my area in a few years/months I'm not really sure.

You could do the ICS set-up, but if the only game you'd get it configured for is THPS 3, you might as well play THPS 4/THUG with official dial-up support.

I have 4 and THUG, and I usually find full or pretty full servers when using THUG 1.

I have THPS 3 on PC, but not on PS2. Playing on PC just isn't the same, so I was going to pick up the PS2 version. I guess I'll still pick it up, but I'm a little bummed I waited too long for online play. You think I would have learned my lesson by waiting so long with my Dreamcast. Mad

Man I was bummed when I wasn't able to connect with THPS 3 to get online and then learning I will never be able to play the game online without tunneling it online.I would prolly get my ass kicked online but it would be cool to say, "THPS 3 ? Ya I was able to play that game online."
