im proud to report that Aero Elite: Combat Academy uses the PS2 HD! when you select "New Game" it asks you if youd like to install on the HD! must have been on the JAP version and it was subsequently brought over.

another reason i continue to love sega.

wow.....i....wow...can't believe that.......omfg...

Looks like I am now going to go the official HDD route for this PS2. Maybe when I get another PS2 I will put in a standard HD and use HDAdvance / HDLoader or something. However now because of Aero Elite being compatible, thats reason enough for me to get the official one. Superb find MasterChief!

i would be nice if a good number of games supported the hdd.. it would give it a use other than saving games on it

RPG Maker 3 has a HDD Install option. Weighing in at 3.072GB, it reduces loading times like you would not believe. Makes wading through menus and testing projects soooo much easier.

But you still can only save your RPG to your memory card. And you're limited to a little over 3MB.

But it's cool that the option is there. I only hope we get more HDD support.

EDIT: Just saw other thread about RPG Maker 3. Oh well.

It looks like another game quietly had HDD features snuck into it as well: Street Fighter Alpha Anthology

That is awesome. This really makes me want to track down an official HDD now that there are a nice list of titles that support it.

I wonder if any of the newer Wild Arms games support it as well.
