The match making services have been terminated for the multiplayer FPS based DeusEx's cyberpunk universe, and SegaAM2's arcade-to-console port of Outrun 2SP. For Project Snowblind, EIDOS finally made an official statement in their customer support knowledge base giving a termination date of February 27, 2008. Outrun however was terminated randomly without any notice given to SumoDigital (the company that ported it to home consoles). The time gap for when it was taken offline, is somewhere between November of 2007 to February of 2008. The last time I took the game online was back in November of '07.

Both of these games can still be played online though via LAN tunneling. PAL and NTSC players can play against each other in Project Snowblind despite its original region seperated online environment. However Outrun 2006 can only be tunneled NTSC vs NTSC, and PAL vs PAL. If PAL and NTSC players try to start a match, it results in players from the other region being dropped from the race.

Even though the official services for these games have been terminated, community support will continue at OnlineConsoles for both Project Snowblind and Outrun 2006: Coast 2 Coast.
