Some Gamespy games on the online games list feature a buddy list feature. There was an article discussing how the buddy list feature in TOCA 2 & 3 uses Playerspy, and is thus compatible with that of 4x4 Evolution, but I can't find it. Apparently, however, the accounts for BF2:MC are incompatible with other games, in spite of it using Gamespy. So which Gamespy games with buddy list support use Playerspy?

After IGN aquired GameSpy, they changed the system to a "unique" login system. So that each game and or service had its own unique login infrastructure. Thus the PlayerSpy cross game functionality from the past could no longer be used under this new environment.

That doesn't answer my question. When did IGN replace the common login system with the "unique" login system, and therefore, which PS2 games were released afterwards, and thus use the "unique" system?
