i finally inputted that one code everyones been talking about

"savethekids"

in the codes menu

gives you rockets and guns!!!! so fun! makes cruising even more enjoyable wreaking total chaos. i love creatting a massive traffic jam, gunning down all the cars and then when they aren't moving(because the drivers are obviusly dead. You get the quiet calm. Smile All cars not moving hehehe its great.

Does anyone know if this code works online?

Yeah man! I LOVE crusing around Tokyo on my motorcycle, blasting random pedestrians, and blowing cars up.

I tested the code in CTF mode, and you can blow the CPU cars up! Very Happy

I'd imagine that it works online.....

finishing midnight club 2 career.....worth the hell?

Well I am like....on the very very last race in career mode. I want to finish the game so I can get the last car but, I don't think I have the patience to hit any more buses. I love midnight club 2, but man....its single player career mode...makes you wanna smash everything in a 1 mile radius when your playing it. You would have to place a gun to my head and douse me in gasoline to make me play through single player mode again.

The main reason I am trying to finish it is so I can just have all the cars for multi-player gaming modes.

But now I am question wether its worth the mental stress of having to finish that last race.....which is....rediculiously hard. I mean you'll be in 1st place...killin everyone and then a tin can will roll out into the street, *BOOM* flip 180 degree spin, all the cars come flying past you. Gotta start over again.

Anyone else feel my pain?

That's why I didn't but it after I rented it. It is pretty boring online and there is no way to upgrade the cars so once you have the last one that's it.

Yea nikon, I just got to Savo last night. I am currently stuck in the free checkpoint Paris race (Four checkpoints, finish point is at the Louvre Museum). The cheating has escalated to a point where this level is almost unbeatable. Seems like whenever I follow Savo, 2 other racers finish before we do, but when I tail other random racers, Savo wins. Neutral

I'm thinking I just need to map my own route out, but I get the feeling I'll just lose that way as well. And by lose, I mean lose my mind.

Honestly, this game was like the contra of arcade racers. I don't know if savo is the last guy but I do remeber having to cheat on ONE race and it was his 2nd of 3 races. I replayed it tons of times until I just gave up and entred howhardcanitbe1

I like hard games. But this game is setup to be cheap. You will be driving along and the developers set it up so that some vehicle spawns driving around a corner, sending you into a head on collision. They specifically set this up. You have barely any time to react and more often than not will crash losing the race.

This isn't really bitching. I am merely pointing out "how the game works". When I bought this back in 2003 I was barely 6 months into getting back into video games after a long long hiatus. I am a much different person since then. I havn't worked on the single player of MC2 in years, so I am hoping I will return to this with more patience.
