my signature does not show up i dont know why. i put in all the BB code the right way but it doesnt work. can anyone help? NIKON HELP ME!!!!

My guess is that the IMG bbCode doesn't support bitmap (BMP) images, only JPEG, GIF, etc., even though it should...it might be a glitch or something. The length of the image location shouldn't matter.
I also noticed that HTML is on at this site, so try a HTML tag instead (I put the result below the code for it): <img src="http://img35.photobucket.com/albums/v106/Memphissss/Signitures/mem11598.bmp">
I don't know if HTML code is allowed in sigs, though, but it works fine in regular posts. |

html is not allowed in signitures due to security reasons and by defualt the only images allowed to be linked in sigs are gif and jpg. There is no way to change it that I can find. Gonna have to resave the image as a gif or jpg. | |||

| oh i was just wonderin cause i know that bmp files look way better that jpegs cause some of the sigs i have made in the past have looked distorted when i saved them as j-pegs. but thanks for the help guys. | ||||

The image you posted is broken because there is a space in the URL. Also, that was the same bitmap image, not the JPEG one...? (I think a space automatically appears somewhere in the URL when you use the IMG code...I tried to show it myself in this post and it didn't work. Below is HTML again.)
