MultiTerm announced they have released a new communication library called MassPlayer System DynaLink for PlayStation 2 on August 18, which allows peer-to-peer communication between game devices such as PS2 and PC. This will enable players to play network games without connecting to an online game server.
Meaning online ps2 gaming will never die?  Not 100% sure how this is supposed to function because MultiTerm's site is all in japanese. Will post more info about this as it becomes available. |
